• We ship to any location across India. Please note, there are restrictions on some products and places, where shipping is not possible.
• Delivery within all over india is FREE of cost (Above 2000/- Billing Amount)
CASH ON DELIVERY is applicable only within all over india .
• We deliver within 2 - 10 working days.
• In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded; in the manner you have made the payment.
• For shipments Octroi charges (if any), has to be borne by the customer.
• To ensure safe and fast delivery of the products, we ship through reputed courier partners.
• Tracking code will be mailed to you, once your product is shipped.
• We ship from Monday To Saturday excluding public holidays.
• If you feel that the packing is tampered before the delivery of the product, kindly reject the package and inform our customer care, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
• All products will be shipped with the original invoice mentioning the price inclusive of taxes.
• Delivery charges are applicable as per actual.
• Number of days for delivery depends on location and courier services available.

What is the 48 Hours Replacement Guarantee?


If you have received a damaged item or it does not match the description provided by Us, you can return it and get a replacement without extra cost.
• The 30days replacement guarantee is valid only in cases of manufacturing defects and transport damages and is invalid in cases of damages due to normal wear & tear and negligence on part of the customer.
• The product replacement shall be done without any extra charges
Keep the following things in mind before sending the product for replacement. Products has to be unused and in their original condition with all accessories and packaging included in the product when delivered.
• We don’t accept returning of products without original packaging or without inclusive of all items originally delivered along with the products. • Customers should notify any damage or defect within 48 hours from the date of delivery of the products. Ambika Computer wont reserves the right to accept or reject such request.

Disclaimer: Any decision on the 48 Hours replacement guarantee is at the sole discretion of e-Office. And that shall be final and binding. Ambika Computer reserves the right to withdraw the 48 Hours replacement guarantee any time without prior notice.
